Is there a way to fix these and still keep them raw?

I have been steaming them slightly and putting loads of raw veggies

with them.

Please help me if you can, i don't do this with white potatoes.

I eat so little of them that they don't weigh me down.

Thanks

Shirley

I'm not a big tubular foods guy and alot of Live foodist don't consider

potatoes as an edible food. My advice would be not to eat the potatoes.

However, if you must eat them I would clean them really good and soak

them until some of the starch is released and then remove the water and

sprinkle some Celtic salt on them along with desired herbs and veggies.

I remember Victoria Boutenko would grate them thinly and add them into a raw soup she made. Soaking them in something sweet like date water might help with making the starch more edible or in apple juice....

Amensa, 2 brief comments -

ones.

rather thin and put them in a salad (along with whatever greens or other

veggies, salt pepper & dressing, etc. are desired).
