Guest guest
yes if u are overeating, and also it may be too much citrus if that's not what your body requires at that time... if you're craving it, there is a good possibility, the nutrients or enzymes contained in pineapples is what your body needs "E. Guest guest
Thanks Nancy and Mark for the info. Without going into details about my experience, guess it's time for me to indulge in another fruit that's loaded with enzymes. In addition to just loving Pineapple (I have some everyday along with a variety of other fruit) it really is a good source of natural enzymes.Good Health to You Elaine 8:00? 8:25? 8:40? Guest guest
Now you can enjoy papaya - yet another great source of enzymes :-) I eat them everyday and they are not as acidic, so are easier on my digestive track. Guest guest
You can request that Shoppers order organic produce. I have done it on many occasions at the one in Waldorf. Thank You. Guest guest
I used to be able to get Martha's Best Papayas that were not GMO, but I can't find anymore except sometimes at David's Natural Market in Columbia.
