Guest guest
Greetings: Have any of you parents ever fasted your children under the age of 18? I only know of one our kids who did. Josh volunteered last year for a 21 day fast at the age of 5 and it was remarkable! He had more will power than any of us adults. If you did. . . 1. What were the ages? 2. How did you prepare them for it? 3. Did you fast them on water, juice, fruit of herbal teas? 4. How long was the fast? 5. What time of the year was it done? 6. How difficult was it, if at all? 7. Did the child decide with you or was it your decision, solely? 8. What was the end result besides the normal weight loss? Remain Focused and Good Health to You Elaine Don't pick lemons.
