She has studied under the teachings of four of the nation's leading wholistic health practitioners, Dr. Llaila O. Africa, Dr. Paul Goss, Dr. Jewel Pookrum and Queen Afua, and has lived under the guidance of several spiritual masters. In her devotion to her divine purpose, she has assisted many in transforming their lives from distress to wellness through diet change, yoga, meditation and spiritual law.

In 2002, she founded Supreme Love & Light, a spiritual order, wholistic health ministry and retreat center in the southeastern United States.

Saa'Shalom regularly facilitates classes and workshops on the benefits of vegetarianism, living foods, internal cleansing, stress management techniques, and spiritual law. She is available for lectures and workshops for women's groups, churches, community organizations, public schools, colleges and universities, as well as vegetarian restaurants and health food establishments.

Sister Saa'Shalom is a mother, grandmother, a writer, poet, musician and ordained priestess in the churchical order of Ras Tafari and the Cosmic Golden Re-Order of Melchezidek.

This work is her divine calling and ministry according to God's purpose for her life.
