Hello and congratulations for having the single tastiest variety of dates my lips have ever touched. Considering I have tried almost 50 different varieties I’d like to think I know what I’m talking about as well J. But enough about how yummy your dates are. The reason I’m writing you is to find out about your farming and storage practices. Are any pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, or preservatives used at any point during the farming process of your date harvest? If so what, where, when and why? Do you use any industrial fertilizers? Are your dates ever steamed, frozen, sulfured, or otherwise altered from their natural fruity existence? How can I order directly from you? Can you send me a catalogue and or an order guide?
