I have enjoyed many raw meals there since they began serving raw items. They have been growing in their ability to prepare raw food. CafÈ Ambrosia Thursday, December 20 ñ Raw Food Menu Option Try something new -- a four-course raw food menu! The all-raw meal is only 28.00 per person and will include spring rolls with sweet and sour sauce, carrot ginger soup, mushroom nut loaf with mashed cauliflower and carrot coconut cake. Fresh pressed vegetable juices will also be available. Please ask for the raw food option when making your reservation (our regular menu will also be available). Reservation required by December 17. You have to call and make your own reservation because I couldn't be sure that you were going. Ambrosia number is 325-7111. See you there. By the way, Frances says that he does soak his nuts before he use them.
