Greetings-

For those of you who do use things like Nama Shoyu & miso, check out

South River Miso CO. in Maine.

Their website is: southrivermiso.com

They have delicious organic misos made traditionally that have a

totally different texture & taste than anything I've ever found in

natural food stores commercially.

They also make a lovely unpasteurized organic miso tamari that I

ordered from them which is somewhat lighter in taste & bouguet (to

me) than Nama Shoyu.

They only ship during the cooler months of the year.

Gideon,

Thanks for the link. It looks like a good company. I don't use much

in the way of fermented foods, but will certainly keep the link.
