Guest guest
I would like to thank Nora once again for arranging Loren's visit to Seattle, and Linda for opening up her house for us to gather for a welcoming potluck the evening beforehand. I found the seminar informative & insightful, delivered in Loren's easy & articulate way, & definitely worth the money- it was an investment that was, for me, well spent. The venue of Bellevue Community College worked out well, as it's an easily accessible location, & on a Sunday, poses no challenges for parking. It would be great to have him back soon- I think even though some of us enjoy a more complex & gourmet dietary approach at times, his brand of logical simplicity, plus overall balance in the lifestyle, is one to keep well within consciousness as we live our lives, & , unlike many counsellors or practitioners in the field of health, he appears to be a great example of " walk your talk " . I encourage anyone who did not see him to come next time; perhaps a 2 day, with the second day being mainly for questions that we might have? That way, he could do his talk for those that haven't heard him before on the first day, then have a full (or 1/2 day?) event for questions from those who have been applying the raw principles in their own lives & are trying to achieve a greater level of well being. Guest guest
Thank you Gideon. Your thoughts are so articulate, I couldn't add much more. I experienced Loren as very easy-going and approachable. His no- nonsense simplified approach is worth trying! My grocery budget would certainly decrease! I hope to see you all at my next potluck on the 30th. I'm working on a raw surprise for you all. I also have a fun theme in mind. How many Easter ideas can we come up with? Egg shaped food, dessert, " grass " in a basket? Easter bonnet? Yes, I'm staying away from the religious theme here. :-) Not a requirement, of course. Just creative thinking....... Peace--Linda See you all soon.
