I had the pleasure, at least now it feels like a pleasure, of being asked to come to KUOW 94.9 FM for an interview. The woman wanted to talk about raw food. Luckily I had a good supply of some great food to take to her.

 

It will air tomorrow at 2 p.m. and again at 9:30 p.m. for anyone that cannot receive KUOW it will be on the internet and in their archives.

 

Hopefully I won't come off sounding like a dufus. I wish I could remember what I said!

Nope, I only know about it because I'm in frequent contact with Robert,

who was going to make a special trip down from Whistler to do the interview.

She originally contacted him by email, via the FAQ section on the website.

Oh, so what you are saying is I was second choice? Just kidding. I was glad to have been able to help, but I did make it clear that I was not the vitamin/mineral/protein/calcium type. I am into food preparation. She said that was fine. But she did ask me if I thought I was getting all my nutrients and I asked her if she was. We both laughed. Wonder if she'll leave that part in.......

Hi Shari, listened to your 9:30 broadcast and you sounded just great! You answered all her questions beautifully and I especially liked the part about when she asked if you got all your vits & minerals and you turned it on her and said "do you?" Way to go Shari!!!!!
