Roommates, tenant wanted

Hello friends

 

Starting the beginning of October, we (Eric and Laurie) are looking

for roommates, most preferably raw vegan, 2nd most preferably vegan,

or 3rd most preferably vegetarian. Laurie and I will live on the top

floor of the house in Greenwood, and would share the rest of the

house--living room, dining room, kitchen, back yard, storage room,

laundry room with washer and dryer--with roommates, who would each

get one of the two available bedrooms to themselves. The monthly

rent would be $400 per bedroom + utilities.

 

We also would like a raw vegan, vegan, or vegetarian to rent out the

basement of the house. It's a separate unit with its own entrance,

own kitchen, sharing with the people upstairs the storage space,

laundry room with washer and dryer, the back yard, and the two

driveway/off-street parking spaces. The basement unit has the

standard refridgerator, but no stove or oven right now, which is why

it would be great to have a raw foodist rent it out. The sink has a

garbage disposal too. The rent would be $650 + utilities, OBO (I'm

pretty negotiable for the right person).

The house is in the Greenwood neighborhood, at 349 NW 77th Street,

98117-4012. It's in a residential area, not far from commercial

areas like Greenwood Ave, and 85th Street. It's also close to major

bus lines--Greenwood Ave, 85th, and 8th. You can drive by to check
