Christian,

Linda Reeves asked me to be the new webmaster and she introduced me to Eric

at the last potluck. We talked, he said it would be great and said he would

email me with the information and then disappeared. It's been weeks since

I've been able to even get going on any of it. Not that I feel I need to

prove anything, as this is not a job interview (I already showed my

portfolio to Linda Reeves), but I am a professional web developer (and my

husband is a web engineer) I just recently left Netscape.com front end

development to come back to Seattle with my husband. I've also done front

end with Amazon.com I'm VERY qualified and don't really need any training

but thanks. This whole experience has proven to be much more discouraging

and flakey then I ever thought possible. I am volunteering my services for

free and if someone doesn't fill me in on the information I need soon, I'm

afraid my patience is wearing thin. People are already writing me with

updates to the site from the and they are very happy to have

someone so qualified to take on the task and very anxious to see them go up,

but because you two are sitting on the information, these updates haven't

been able to be made which I frankly think is letting the whole group down.

I sent out a universal email to all the raw seattle members, informed them

of my difficulties in trying to get the information to start the updates and

asked them if they had any ideas. Nora Lenz gave me your email address and

told me to contact you which I did. And now somehow you can't because you

don't believe I am who I am or whatever. I guess I'll just put this project

on the burner until you are able to quantify your suspitions and somehow

find eric which I haven't been able to do. good luck and let me know how it

goes.
