If you are going to be visiting " down south, " you might want to join us. Below is a short " bio " and Lou's schedule. There are contact numbers at the bottom of the email. Perhaps you could find out how to contact Lou himself to see if he'd like to come to Seattle. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Lou has been a raw foodist for 30 years. At the age of 21, Lou was able to rid himself of many health problems (cancerous tumor on his neck, horrible acne, arthritis, candida and chronic asthma). Overnight, Lou went from a true junk-food junkie to and vegan/raw- foodist. He met a man who had traveled the world over...studying many cultures, religions, diets and ways of life. This self-taught man helped Lou overcome his negative lifestyle (with cleansing, meditation, stretching and deep-breathing exercises etc.). After Lou's life-changing experience...he wanted to tell the world. But, the world was not ready for Lou's enthusiasm (so he thought) and strange/different ways.
