I would like to find out if there is a natural eyesight class or home-course that we can try before going to glasses. Does anyone know of such a program? She used to do classes in Seattle. Her number is 1-888-303-1870. She uses the Bates Method. There are a few books that might be helpful for retraining on your own. "Relearning to See", by Quakenbush; "The Bates Method for Bettter Eyesight without Glasses", by Bates; and Take off your Glasses and See", by Liberman . Good Luck. Socorro just finished her training from Tom Qackenbush this summer. You may give her a call and see if she's ready to teach a class.
