Guest guest
It is a Microsoft PowerPoint Show file (http://www.microsoft.com/office/powerpoint/default.asp). You need either PowerPoint or a viewer. If you are running Windows, you can download MSFT's viewer (http://office.microsoft.com/downloads/2000/Ppview97.aspx). It supports all PowerPoint generated files, except ones made with PowerPoint 95. There are many other free viewers available for various OSs (including the various Windows flavors, Mac, *nix, etc). Just do a Google search to find them. If you are using a system under someone elses control and can't install software on it (such as the library), then you can ask Eric to save the presentation as a web page and post it on RawSeattle or elsewhere. Personally, I'd prefer this option since I don't have PowerPoint or a viewer on this computer and a 366k file is almost 6% of my total allowed inbox space at Mail and 33% of my available space! -Tim --- attila madaras <Attila86 wrote: > eric, i need some help " dealing " with the .pps > file, tried to " simply " open it, tried > downloading, > can't see the " cute year-end card " attila Mail Plus - Powerful.
