Guest guest
Hey Eric, Is that you on the piano on the http://www.RawSeattle.com New Year's event???
Guest guest
It's .ORG ! :-) Which photo are you referring to? In the group of photos from the New Year of 2001/02, it has pictures of both me and Jan at the piano. If you wonder who it is in any photo on RawSeattle.ORG in general, look at the file name, which is the last part of the URL/web address. For example, this is a picture of (from left to right) Jan and me: http://www.RawSeattle.org/Pictures/Events/2001-12-31/Art/Jan & Eric.jpg RawSeattle , " Jeff Rogers " <jeff@s...> wrote: > Hey Eric, > > Is that you on the piano on the http://www.RawSeattle.com New Year's > event??? Guest guest
NO... The MUSIC that's playing when one views the upcoming New Year's event (12/31/02) on http://www.rawseattle.ORG (I was complimenting your piano-playing ability, even though it's probably from a file)
Guest guest
Thanks for the compliment. Your parenthetical remark is right though, it's not me. It's not even a " real " piano. It's some MIDI file, synthesized sound. However, recently I have been playing piano a lot more frequently (more than an hour almost every day) than I have for a long time. The day after Christmas I got a NEW PIANO AT MY PLACE to do just that! :-) Just the other night, one of the guys upstairs had to phone me to ask me to stop playing late at night. I was using both dampening pedals, and thought it was quite quiet, but the vibes traveling via the solid floor must have been the main source of annoyance. It's a great piano. I love it, and it loves me. :-) I'll have a potluck at my place some time soon, which will allow everyone to see and hear the goods. RawSeattle , " Jeff Rogers " <jeff@s...> wrote: > NO...
