Guest guest
Cheese was mentioned in the directions, but not listed in the ingredients. How much of what kind of cheese please? Thanks a bunch! Guest guest
Paige, I found that recipe at http://www.denison.edu/~farabee/POTATSP.html I checked it again and realize now that she doesn't list the cheese like you said. Perhaps I will try this at home with one cup of cheddar and let you know what I think. Anyone else have any suggestions? Here's the original recipe we are referring to: ----- Original Message --- INGREDIENTS: 3-5 Lbs. Potatos 2 Cans Cream Of Celery Soup 1 Can *Vegetable Broth 1 Cup Milk 1 Large Onion Salt & Pepper ASSEMBLY: Peel, cube and wash potatos. Bring pan of water to a boil. Put in potatos and boil for 15-20 minutes. While these are cooking, place into crockpot; Cream of Celery Soup, Onion (diced), *Veggie Broth, Cheese, Milk, Salt & Pepper-to taste. Turn crockpot on low. You can add instant potatos for consistency. Eat when heated - great for all day snacking! -- Paige Ferriot Wednesday, May 23, 2001 2:07 PM Re: Potato soup Cheese was mentioned in the directions, but not listed in the ingredients.
