Hello Folks,

Bear with me please! Again, does anyone know persons locally who are making raw food crackers, cookies, other goodies and selling? I desparately need help getting fed with no time for food prep and I would even make a trip back into Seattle from the Studio this week to make purchases. Someone emailed me one name but there was not a contact phone number, and I've lost the email now. Thanks for any help you can provide!

Janaki,

You don't say where you are, but the deli in the Port Townsend health food store has several raw food items on hand in the salad case.

Janaki,

I sent you an email earlier about pre-made food. Guess you have lost it. I have bought crackers from Tim Swanson. He makes delious crackers. If you come to potluck on Feb 22 at Linda's you may meet him there. Tim is Linda's house mate. Their phone number is 206-935-2666. Tim's cell phone : 206-478-6058. (Tim, is the phone number still valid?)

Is there a fridge in your studio? I would recommend just going back

to basics for a week, and letting food sit outside where it's cold if

you don't have a fridge, though i know it can be very helpful to have

the crackers, etc. I'm making a batch of crackers right now which I

guess I could sell some of if you're interested. I don't know about

delivering them to Sultan, but give me a call if you like at 425 333

6213. I'm out in Carnation.

Yes, I've been on the basics for longer than I can remember now with

everything going on. It's when I'm around a lot of people with a lot of

food that I can't or shouldn't eat that I have a hard time which is why I

sent out the plea. I would buy some crackers if we could figure out a

meeting place and I will call you.
