Guest guest
Hi Guys, I was looking thru my library, and I saw these books. After careful evaluation, I have come to the conclusion that these books are not only inaccurate but misleading and do not belong in my library. In SFDSS Mr Wolfe, teaches combining sweet fruit with fats, a very bad combo. unless you like fermentation and putrification in the gut. I don't know about you guys but I am trying to find health not promote disease. He also advocates the use of harsh spices and toxins like sea salt, habanero peppers, onions and garlic, he even goes so far as to say these condiments are non- toxic! The books are also full of examples of self promotion and contradiction indicating he either doesn't know what he is talking about or maybe has some other agenda. I found these books to be full of arrogant, opionated self promotion instead of genuine education for others. SFDSS, reads more like a sales pitch for all the " health foods " that he sells in his little store, Nature's First Law. If you want a real education in raw foods, I suggest you buy books like High Energy Methods by TC Fry, Superior Nutriton by Herbert Shelton, Mucosless Diet Healing System by Arnold Ehert, Fit For Life by Harvey Diamond, The Miracle of Fasting by Paul Bragg, Fruit the food and Medicine for Man by Morris Krok, Grain Damage by Doug Graham, Toxemia Explained by Dr. John Tilden, Raw Secrets by Fredric Pateneaude and Your Natural Diet by TC Fry and David Klein. These authors are the true pioneers of health and nutrition with something more important to promote than themselves. It's called Natural Hygiene. If anyone really want these pieces of firewood oops! I mean books, I have one copy of each. Let me know, Steve

Dear Steve Is the email you wrote the same? I am saddened by this kind of fanaticism. It puts me and a lot of other people off. I have tried the natural hygiene way of food combining for many years and it did not work for me, and there's much scientific evidence why it is wrong (see my last message). No one way is true for all. Why do people need to attack leaders. Why is this beat on DW week? I have spent time with him and stayed at his place. I have never heared him say a bad word about anyone. His diet recommendations have worked for me and many other people. He is a successful business man. He works very hard to promote raw food. Isn't anyone who does that to be admired? Guest guest
Niz, I guess I didn't get your message sharing the scientific evidence that forms the basis for your rejection of hygienic principles. Could you re-post it? Thanks much. Guest guest
Niz, I'd also like to be enlightened about your perspective/experience about food combing in the natural hygiene way? no wild animal ever grows old, joyce > " Nora Lenz " <nlenz >RawSeattle >RawSeattle >Re: [RawSeattle] Re: NFL and SFDSS for Free >Tue, 25 Feb 2003 08:07:51 -0800 > >Niz, > I guess I didn't get your message sharing the scientific evidence that >forms the basis for your rejection of hygienic principles. Why is this beat on DW week? Niz Thank you for your comments. I agree with you . I was sadden by so many of the comments made. David has worked hard to bridge the raw community with the non-raw community. This is not an easy task and I am sure he has critics on both sides. I was influenced by him to become raw and felt his sincerity with his presentations. I took only that information which resonated with me and left the rest. I still do my best to rely on my own guidance to help me through the contradictory information that is out there. As always the choice is mine which way I will go or what guidance I will follow. Taking responsibility for my own choices has been the bravest thing I have ever done. I can no longer give the excuse that someone else made me do it. I hope others will be encouraged to still seek information from different sources because they may find that small bit of the information they had been looking for from that " questionable " source.
