I got an email recently from a woman in the U.K. who is suffering from

rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and wanted some advice. I passed her request

along to Robert, who responded in his usual lengthy, detailed fashion.

:) It seems a waste to only have one person read it, as it has a lot of

good information about what sufferers of RA need to do to restore their

health, so I thought I'd offer to send it to anyone who is interested.

Nora,

I'd like a copy of it please. My in-laws are both suffering the effect of RA, I don't know if they'll be receptive to it but I'd like to pass it along to them.

pass it along, nora/robert, in its " usual-lengthy-

detailed fashion " ... it's never enough of that

kinda info here and now... RA heals amazingly

when being raw ... a substantially longer fast is

THE miracle itself ... what else is there to know?

Hi Attila,

The gal who wrote to me did a 23-day supervised water fast (she didn't say

where), thinking it would " cure " her forever, but was not given the

information she needed to continue her recovery once her fast was over. So,

she went back to her bad habits and, predictably, her symptoms came back.

She now has to have someone else comb her hair because she can't lift her

arms.

I would like to read the information. I never know who a may be able to

pass it on to in the future.

Thank you so much for the offer.

i am glad you brought up this example ... even

viktoria was telling similar sad stories ...

the law of vital adjustment is a very serious

issue ... a 23-day fast has an extraordinary

effect on the body ... exposing it to the same

old toxic stuff in a relatively short time,

may cause an irreversible damage, even death

in extreme cases ... and raw food does not

" heal "

fast is not a remedy or cure for anything ...

a properly fed and clean and strong and vital

body is the healer within ... robert can take

over from here ... and it must be repeated over

and over ... and newbies should ask all the

questions... all the time... knowledge takes a

long time to become part of you, until you

can confidently use it as a tool ...and only as

a tool ... fasting, diet, exercise are such

tools ... gotta learn how to use'em ...

This is so true! You are the third person I have heard say this,

independently. The truth is so counter to what we thought we knew before.

It's not enough to hear it once, or even twice. It has to overcome lots of

conditioning and habitual thinking.

Sure. Here is a thorough explanation by Dr. John McDougall:

http://www.drmcdougall.com/med_hot_arthritis.html

If you scroll down that page, you will find the links to some success stories of

people who have followed his advice. Here are two of them, both

women:http://www.drmcdougall.com/stars/star06_jean-brown.html

and http://www.drmcdougall.com/stars/phyllis_heaphy.html

Wishing you all the best,

Deborah

Thanks for the link. I was given one of McDougall's cookbooks many

years ago. He really seems to walk his talk; he and his wife both

look terrific!
