Guest guest
Ok, I don't know how long I've been doing this, 5 or 6 days I think. I have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue and Sue Aberle asked me about my detox symptoms. I thought I'd share, just because. I feel like I have the flu which includes the chills. At night I notice I'm pretty nauseous. My digestion is usually pretty poor and the first 2 days were hard on my GI, even just sticking to fruits and soft leaves. So I think I'm just in the regular detox stages, just like everyone else. However, I usually take 2 vicodin a day and now that I've started this, I've taken 3 vicodin in 6 says, which is unheard of for me. I have no muscle pain. Generally, 24 hours a day I have muscle pain. It's the same pain that a person gets with a flu; the awful aching muscles. I usually have a headache and I haven't had one in a few days. I also haven't had joint pain in my feet. I can walk when I get up in the morning without hobbling around. I'm still pretty fatigued, but hey. It looks very hopeful. I'm just really thirsty. I have no muscle > pain. the muscle pains may stay as long as you take those vicodins ... slowly you can say farwell to them for good ... the pain may disappear for a while, then reappear ... until completely cleanses out of the body ... nobody can predict the outcome and timing... it will happen as soon as it will happen ... It > looks very hopeful. all the familiar symptoms - regardless of any particular former chronic disease ... the process of digestion and elimination takes more energy away than an average bricklayer's 8-hour job ... unbelievable ... as soon as your body eases up from all those debris in the muscletissues, and the rest , the fatigue vanishes, too ... and more and more energy will be immediately available, any time, all the time... I'm > just really thirsty. now this is the most important sign of the right thing being going on , t h i r s t , rehydrate your whole body slowly but surely, consistently, it may take again time, and more time ... fasting would be great to be implemented as soon as you become comfortable/confident with the idea ... it would radically speed up this painful detox + you would get a more thorough cleaning job at the end ... but there's no rush... there's no shortcut ... nature has her own tiempo in everything ... you can trust her ... she never ever makes any mistakes ... n e v e r ! > > > > Tax Center - forms, calculators, tips, more http://taxes./
Guest guest
" the muscle pains may stay as long as you take those vicodins ... slowly you can say farwell to them for good ... the pain may disappear for a while, then reappear ... until completely cleanses out of the body ... nobody can predict the outcome and timing... it will happen as soon as it will happen ... " I had thought about that as well! Starting tomorrow I'm going to just stop talking them altogether. I don't have a " need " to take them, only when I feel in a great amount of pain, but if I can go without it a few days, then I can go without it altogether. The best part about this is the lessening of pain. I do exercise and I know if I do more, that will help too.
