Tanya,

 

The different forms of pasteurization subject the food to heat to

kill bacteria, which also basically kills the food! If someone is

interested in a raw/living diet, it is best to eat/drink the food

closest to the source, meaning fresh, not pasteurized, juice, if you

wish to drink juice.

Thanks! I saw this on Odwalla juice and wondered how flash pasteurization would be any different than old fashioned pasteurization.

 

Like the term " fresh frozen " . ?

2494 and 2495 see those posts. In my opinion all pasteurization is

bad from a raw, nutritional standpiont.
