Guest guest Posted March 1, 2003 Report Share Posted March 1, 2003 Tanya, The different forms of pasteurization subject the food to heat to kill bacteria, which also basically kills the food! If someone is interested in a raw/living diet, it is best to eat/drink the food closest to the source, meaning fresh, not pasteurized, juice, if you wish to drink juice. Like the term " fresh frozen " . ?
