I have decided to host a potluck/event at my apartment on March 15.

My 43rd birthday is March 19, and as I am moving toward more of a raw

foods diet, I thought it would be good to gather and hear other

people's experiences of going to raw foods and the benefits they have

received from doing so.

Schedule:

Leisure time 5 to 6 p.m. I'll have nature videos if it is raining.

Start potluck at 6 p.m.

Start group discussion at 7 p.m.

Topic: Your health journey and how you have transitioned to a raw

foods diet and the benefits you have received from doing so.

Address: 14515 NE 32nd St, Apt H-103, Bellevue

Parking: West of building H on the north side of the street. You

must park in a spot marked VISITOR or else you will be occupying

a place reserved for a tenant.

Any questions, e-mail ron.koenig or leave message at

425-558-4070.

Ron,

Thanks for hosting the potluck! As my birthday is on March 15 and I'd

like to be around my raw family, I plan to be there!

I'd say " cake " and " ice cream " are in order. I'll bring some raw Vice

Cream (vegan " ice cream " ) Will someone bring some cake (or pie?)

I have never had Vice Cream. I was going to freeze some bananas and

durian and run them through the Champion Juicer--it makes a really

good ice cream substitute. Happy birthday to you too!
