I might come across like a Nature's First Law stooge with this

message. :-) Anyway, I was looking at their web site and saw this

specialty item featured on their home page. It's something I know

many of us have been waiting a long time for.

Anyone wanna go in on a bulk purchase? I could place the order. If

there's enough interest to get 36 12-oz. bottles, the price would be

$0.50/oz. The single bottle price is $0.75/oz. Heck, with an item

as special and sought-after as this, I wouldn't be surprised to see

enough interest to get 72 12-oz. bottles. Let me know.

Here's the info (you'll have to piece together this link manually):

645 & c=Organic_Food & sc=Dried_Fruit & tc=

To find this product on the web site, click on the highlighted web

link and ignore the other part. Go to the search engine and type in

Peruvian Olives. If you pull up Item NFL-645, it is the correct item!

I would be interested in getting a couple of jars to start out.

I'm not sure if I'll get some. I may wait for better ones.

Apparently, these are only " the best olives available on the planet. "

:)

I'll take two!

There are already six individuals who want some, amounting to at

least half of the largest bulk choice offered by Nature's First Law.

So, I'm going to go ahead already and order one 36 bottle shipment.

Then whoever isn't sure how much s/he wants can give them a taste so

we know how much more we need to request in the next order.

I'll bring the first order to the soonest potluck occurring after the

arrival. That may be as soon as this Saturday, but may not be til

one of the other two Saturdays this month. There is already a host

for a potluck in Bellevue on the 22nd, and then there's Linda's

regular potluck on the 29th.

One thing about price: I didn't include shipping costs, so the amount

will come out to more than $0.50/oz., but probably not too much.
