However, they need more sign- ups to pay for their expenses. If you are thinking about it, but haven't committed, now is the time! Please respond to me immediately-- and we'll make arrangements for your $35 admission. Actually, the best place would be to pay me at the raw support group tomorrow night--at Richard and Tim's house.... 7-9pm. I am not able to attend the support group for a few weeks due to school obligations though I highly recommend it to others. Could you sign me up for Rob and Anna and I'll bring you a check this Friday at your potluck? Guest guest Posted May 28, 2003 Report Share Posted May 28, 2003 Hi, Linda - I've been waiting because frankly I'm weather-dependent - I'm at the time of year when I need to be getting my stuff into the ground. When June 1st arrives, what isn't planted yet is " late " . We got most of the tomatoes out last weekend, but I still have a few more, plus my peppers, zucchini, cukes, dahlias, celery, etc. (We're making new raised beds, so that takes extra time. Our old ones were/are falling apart.) So I figured that I wouldn't know for sure until Friday evening, given the accuracy (or difficulty thereof) of our weather forecasts. Right now it looks like the weather should be good on Saturday. I do strongly encourage other newcomers to the raw foods to take advantage of this (and other) opportunity for learning about raw foods. Loren Lochman (in June) is definitely worth the time and money. (I may be at a church campout that weekend.)
