In our brief relationship I've had to put up with everything from outright lies (the old bait and switch, commonly employed by used car dealers) to prohibitive wait times for tech help. Does anyone out there absolutely LOVE their internet provider? Just thought I'd ask. For anyone considering a change, take it from me, Speakeasy is not for you. If you go to their web site at www.verizon.net you can get the first three months for $29.95/month. It is way better than dial-up service and you are free to make and receive calls. I have had only one small problem and it was fixed within minutes of calling them. I know almost nothing about computers and it was so easy to install and get up and running. I am very very happy.
