There are some recipes for these in Sproutman's Kitchen Garden Cookbook & in Elyssa Markowitz's Living with Green Power that look interesting. I'm curious: 1. How did these turn out? 2. I have made many, many loaves of dehydrated rye bread using Valya's recipe (of Raw Family fame). I find it absolutely delicious. I haven't experimented much with other breads. > > 2. I'm trying to increase my percentage of raw foods, so would like to find good recipes for replacing bread, rolls & crackers. Also, I'm not finding rye berries at the Kirkland PCC, so I'll have to check another PCC or Whole Foods. "Timothy D. It might also be in " 12 steps to raw foods : how to end your addiction to cooked food " , but I don't remember. Both books are in the King County Library system and the latter is available through the Seattle Public Library.
