I am hoping to be at the Chacoa (sp) restaurant on Saturday for lunch. If

anyone wants to me there. Other than that I won't have a day off until November

7. And at that time I will probably have time to come down and meet someone at

the Greenlake PCC.

I will be at Bruce & Karen's class on 11/16, too.

call me - 425-422-2971 -- if I don't make it this Saturday, I won't have a

Saturday off until Thanksgiving and then that is iffy.

Go through downtown Seattle on I-5. After you get past downtown and

go over the " ship canal bridge " , get in the right-hand lane to take

the 45th/50th street exit. Take the branch of the exit that goes to

50th. Turn right onto 50th (you'll then be heading East). It'll be

about ten blocks til you get to Brooklyn Ave, which crosses with 50th

street. Chaco Canyon is on the Southwest corner of 50th and

Brooklyn, in the bottom of the building. You walk down a ramp on the

East/Brooklyn Ave side of the building to go down to where you enter.

Hello Barb.

Chaco Canyon is in the basement underneath the Cedar's at the southwest

corner of the intersection of 50th St and Brooklyn Ave, right across the

entrance of our farmers' market. You can get off I-5 at 50th St. There is an

exit for both 45th St and 50th St in the University district.

BTW, I had the mango lime tort today at Chaco Canyon and it was yummy. I had

a sample of corn chips with nut pate from Niz and that was tasty too. The

corn chips are fluffy and the pate mushy, great comination of texture.

You can also stop by Whole Food market, where organic bananas are 50 cents a

pound and persimmons 89 cents a pound. I think the sale should last at least

the weekend.
