You are most welcome to " dump " with this group. We all know what you are

going through and have been there ourselves.

I am the only one who is " raw " in my family. I still cook for my husband

and children. My teenagesrs are heavy into fast food. They know of my

choices and why. I know they are struggling to make sense of their own

bodily desires and the conflict they see by watching me change. They are

very aware of my actions.

I have been raw for over 3 years and during all this time I have prepared

food for my family as well as myself. I bless the food we all eat and I

would rather they enjoy life than feel guilty about their actions. Life is

meant to be a joy. Love yourself for the things that you accomplish. Let

your focus strenthen in those areas of the positive and the changes will

manifest in ways you had not thought possible.

Be very mindful of any sentance you state or think using " I " or " I am " .

These are the times that you are invoking your power.

Qualify your negative statements with " I know I can improve. " This will

help you shift your awareness to the positive.

Know that you are surrounded by love and support from us all.

Light and Love
