Vashon Raw Thanksgiving

Hi all you raw brothers and sisters -

Tired of the having to go to a cooked to death Thanksgiving. Though

you may enjoy the company, the food is nothing to be thankful for.

Enjoy some great company and delicious food, because a great group

of raw enthusiasts will be bringing it.

Join us on Thanksgiving Day

Thursday November 27th from 6PM -9PM

This will be a RAW - LifeFood Potluck

Please bring a dish that contains no cooked ingredients nor dairy.

Please bring " whole, fresh, ripe, raw, organic plantlife " . Any

items that are dehydrated, contain honey, salt, spices, oil, and/or

vinegar should be labeled accordingly. Should an item contain nuts

and/or seeds please label the variety and whether or not they were

soaked. If you don't know what to bring, but are still interested

in coming, just bring a bowl of fruit or greens. Organic items are

always preferred.

Come together with friends and neighbors to give thanks to the

bounty of our Earth Mother. Share your culinary skills and heavenly

presence. As a special bonus, come early at six and join in a

special sushi rolling demonstration that you can participate in. A

small donation of $2-$3 dollars is requested to cover to cost of the

rental of the space.

The location is at the Southend Community Club on Vashon Island.

From the northend ferry stay on the Vashon Hiway all the way to

Tahlaquah and continue past the ferry dock about four blocks and

look for the fire station. It is right above. For more information
