INORGANIC-ORGANIC

The question about organic – inorganic is full of confusion.

We often forget that bacteria eat the rocks (inorganic), and make

the minerals available for us (organic). In the same was plants do.

It is NOT correct to assume that only plants can convert inorganic

minerals to organic.

Hard water makes the teeth stronger. Sally Fallon wrote about a

study in Smith County Texas – the inhabitants who drank soft water

had bad teeth, those who drank hard water (calcium-rich) had good

teeth. Calcium is an inorganic mineral – so how can this be

possible – can we absorb inorganic minerals?

Not directly, we need bacteria, who digest inorganic minerals and

salts, and transform these to an absorbable (organic) form.

BACTERIA

Bacteria are extremely important for our well-being.

Anti-biotics kill the bacteria in our bodies, and then we can have

a hard time getting a new supply, due to our sterile food

nowadays. Also, acids in fruits are harmful to our bacteria, especially acid

fruit (orange, lemon) is destructive. As well as strong

onion, and garlic – avoid those (but sweet onion is ok in moderate

amounts).

Sugar is also bad, it kills the good bacteria, while allowing the

wrong bacteria to proliferate. You need to have the right bacteria in your

body,

because then inorganic minerals and salts can be absorbed.

Dr. Bass is trying to increase his bacteria by using

Probiotics, and by eating whey and small amounts of over-ripe cheeses

(for lacto bacillus). He has made sour-kraut using whey (good, recommended).

Sally Fallon and Aajonus recommend eating stinky " ripe " meat – to improve

bacteria-count and types.

Dr. Mercola about how healthy bodies have trillions of bacteria:

http://www.mercola.com/2002/feb/27/probiotics.htm

Thomas Parr lived to be 153 years old, in 1600's England. His diet

was one of stinky old cheese and whey, old stale hard

bread. He got famous and was invited to the king, where he died from

eating the king's food. Probably an example of how lots of

bacteria can make us live long.

http://www.westminster-abbey.org/library/burial/parr.htm

Another example: Jordin S. Rubin lost weight and got

wheel-chair bound with deteriorating health, until he started

eating some dirt.

Why did that help? Because of the bacteria!!

MINERALS AND BACTERIA

So - minerals in the water are very important for you,

provided you have the correct bacteria.

The Hunzas dranks glacier water, with lots of

different minerals. This could have been a very important factor in their

long lives and health.

Dr. Bass adds a very tiny bit of Celtic sea salt to

his distilled water, and has ordered " crystal salt " , mined from

ancient (pre-human) deposits for the same reason, – to get a good

selection of minerals into his body. The clay (from volcanoes) is

for the same reason. He also drinks whey & Probiotics to increase

his bacteria, without which he cannot absorb the minerals in the

water.

The key is to try to go back to where the primitives

were (when it comes to minerals & bacteria in the body.)

These measures are not for everybody. Dr. Bass is

testing different options, and also needs some emergency measures since

he during his life has ignored these factors (bacteria and minerals)

– e.g. by eating lots of fruit and drinking distilled water

(which is corrosive, e.g. corrodes metal quickly). He first

learned about using distilled water at fasting institutions, but now

regards this as faulty knowledge.

NEW NATURAL HYGIENE

The best of (old) Natural Hygiene is missing this knowledge.

Overeating of carbs (resulting in wrong bacteria, and insulin

problems) can be a lethal weapon, and the absence of

animal food is bad. And we need a better understanding in Natural

Hygiene of bacteria, of water, and of mineral content.

THAT'S AN INTERESTING THEORY, THAT BACTERIA IN OUR BODY BREAK DOWN

OUR INGESTED INORGANIC MINERALS INTO ORGANIC MINERALS. I'M VERY

SKEPTICAL THAT THIS ACTUALLY HAPPENS. IN FACT, THE BODY STORES

MINERALS IN THE BONES, HAIR, SKIN, TEETH, AND JOINTS. BACTERIA IS

LOCATED IN THE INTESTINES, AND THAT'S WHERE THE INORGANIC MINERALS

WOULD HAVE TO BE BROKEN DOWN INTO ORGANIC MINERALS AND ABSORBED INTO

THE BODY.

PEOPLE IN GENERAL CONSUME MUCH MORE SOFT DRINKS THAN WATER. THERE

ARE SO MANY OTHER FACTORS TO CONSIDER WHEN DISCUSSING THE HEALTH OF

TEETH, SO UNLESS THESE ARE FACTORED IN, THE DIFFERENCE OF DRINKING

HARD OR SOFT WATER IS REALLY INSIGNIFICANT.

MY UNDERSTANDING IS THAT THE GOOD BACTERIA IN OUR GUT FEED ON YEAST,

NOT INORGANIC MINERALS.

FROM THE WEB SITE MENTIONED ABOVE:

A diet of green cheese, onions, coarse bread, buttermilk or mild ale

(cider on special occasions) and no smoking kept Thomas healthy. His

recipe for long life was reputed to be " Keep your head cool by

temperance and your feet warm by exercise. Rise early, go soon to

bed, and if you want to grow fat [prosperous] keep your eyes open and

your mouth shut " .

TEMPERANCE, EXERCISE, SIMPLE LIFESTYLE. THIS DID MUCH MORE FOR HIS

LONGEVITY THAN THE CHEESE HE ATE! (AND IT SAID ABOVE IN THIS ARTICLE

THAT ONIONS SHOULD BE AVOIDED!) BY THE WAY, THE ARTICLE ALSO SAYS

THAT WHEN HE WENT TO VISIT THE KING, THAT HE HAD BEEN BLIND FOR THE

LAST 20 YEARS.

IT'S A VERY INTERESTING STORY. HE HAD TAKEN A LOT OF ANTIBIOTICS, SO

NEEDED TO GET BACTERIA BACK IN HIS GUT. HE ALSO CHANGED HIS DIET TO

ADD LIVING FOODS. THE COMBINATION IS WHAT CURED HIM.

THE ABSENCE OF ANIMAL FOOD IS GOOD. THERE IS PLENTY OF EVIDENCE TO

BACK THAT UP. THERE IS TOO MUCH DISEASE IN THE ANIMAL KINGDOM TODAY

TO PROMOTE EATING ANIMAL FOODS.

Maybe this is why I've seen positive results in my practice with the

supplementation.
