Guest guest
Hi All, I'll be giving a raw food class on April 3 (Saturday) in my home (Microsoft area of Bellevue). My preference is to find 5-6 people who have been raw for several months to a year or even two, who aren't enjoying the benefits they wanted/expected and are seeking relief through the various cleanses, flushes, etc. We would make some raw dishes & talk about strategies, common mistakes, food combining, etc. If we get mostly newbies signing up, the focus will be more basic. So, the curricula will depend on the nature of the group. I wanted to give those on this list first shot at signing up before I advertise to the public. Please email me privately if you want to attend. The cost is $30, and the time will be 6-9 p.m. Nora Natura Wellness Coaching Bellevue
Guest guest
Sounds like a winner! I may not make the class, but would recommend Nora as a teacher! I like the format. Guest guest
Nora, this class sounds really interesting to me . . . unfortunately, I'm unable to attend the April 3rd date. Please let me know if you plan to run another one like it in the future. Also, thanks for the words of encouragement re: my earlier post, and for the info on the carbonated mineral water, which I am phasing out quickly. Guest guest
Sorry for the late notice but I will be teaching a basic raw food class tomorrow at Nature's Market in Kent. No un-cooking, just facts about what, when, where, why and how to eat! It will run from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. and is very affordable (FREE!). If you want to attend you'll need to call the store (253-854-5395) and register, as I don't know how much room they have and it may already be full.
