hi everyone...

here's a letter from viktoras kulvinskas in response to the nazariah

interview

 

btw... vik's been ''my hero'' since '78 when a friend gave me vik's book

''survival into the 21st century''

at that time i was 115# and had been in a feeble condition for several

months...

in less than a month on total raw, i was back on my feet, gained weight

Dear Forest

As I said in the Raw Expo, in 50 years we will know which of the 100 raw

foods diet is the right one. People go crazy with the choices.

 

No worse than the diet choices in the mainstream.

 

Rev. Nazariah is right many of the 'poorly chosen' raw diets will lead

to

health challenges.

 

Anything you choose to do, you can do it right or you can do it

not-right.

 

What is correct, is based on the genetic past and abuses of the

individual.

Especially the emotional/mental - which could be so toxic, and not

addressed

(via fasting and prayers) will lead to use of food to stupidify, reduce

awareness and make one tranquilized - while generating toxemia. I did

that

for 10 years and almost, the bulimia, killed me.

 

Took to rebuilding - new teachers came into my life, which led to adding

Blue Green Algae - which harmonized my left and right brain chemistry,

as well as

introduced the stemm cell enhancer, with high natural killer cell

activity

- I started regenerating. At peak, I went from less than 100 pounds to

160 -

see photo attached. At that time, life was good - I was following the

laws of

life, doing weights, yoga as well as improved relationships and a sense

of

purpose. Matter fact, had enough green energy ($) which also made me

intoxicated and i over extended myself with projects. Ended up, now into

borrowing and claiming favors. I also started to loose weight - not eat,

and lost out on many other issues. Presently working to return to

balance. " Life

is change; that too will change. " .

 

In spite of all these wholistic stresses, my neurological system stayed

in

tact on vegan raw diet. Why:

1. I got my protein from soaked seeds and nuts, as well as some sprouted

seeds.

2. I have the best source of the correct B12 analogue, which is created

by

the friendly bacteria - in healthy GI we have 10 to 30 times more of

friendly

bacteria than we have cells in our body. I eat fermented krouts, other

fermented vegetables, as well as fermentations of nut and seed milks.

3. I have a high source of chlorophyll greens - which includes Blue

Green

ALGAE and wheatgrass, as well as other greens. This has a very

alkalizing

effect, with radical increase in red blood cells and hemoglobin - so you

have a good supply of oxygen.

4. My wife and I eat sprouted grains which radically increase the bodies

reproductive hormones. We also practice white tantra - so do not

waste/dispell body hormones.

5. We eat sea vegetables and the BG Algae - both sources of full

spectrum of

minerals - as well as sea salts. We do not use the inorganic, enzymeless

(dead), which has MSG, Braggs Amino Acids.

6. We take extra enzyme plant based supplements. Even though we are 98%

raw, we do not have organic raw air, I spend hours at computer, airports

,

polluted world - greens and enzymes build a strong immune system to hand

the

polluted world.

6. I limit greatly the intake of acid fruit. The hygienist and

fruitarians

emphasize lots of fruit. All fruit that is not tree ripened from the

acid

and sub-acid category is ACIDIC. Also the excessive over-eating of

banana and the

alkaline sweet fruit, lead too internal fermentation, which produce acid

and

alcohol. Many of the big fruit eaters show severe thinning of hair do to

acidity.

 

Then do to emotional and mental toxemia - folks overeat, they snack. We

follow the principles:

1. Eat only when stomach is empty.

2. Meals should be no more than 3 cups in size.

3. Do not eat solids if under stress, fatigued, or emotionally out of

sort.

4. Supplement diet with enzymes, probiotics, algae and sea vegetables

for

power eating.

 

Read " Lovers Diet " - it addresses all the issues. We are sprouted grain

oriented, with sea vegetables, ferments (of nuts, seeds and vegetables),

lot of soaked nut/seed predigested protein. I have done 35 years vegan -

and I

have had B12 deficiencies - cured it - by stopping flatulence and adding

friendly

bacteria from ferments. There is no better diet that well balanced raw.

 

The cooked diet ages , acidifies, and brings on toxemia.

 

If at least Nazariah advocated all raw - he would make sense.

Norm,

I didn't see a letter in your message, just the link to Vik's website. If you

tried to make it an attachment it was removed, otherwise something else must

have happened to it.

Does anybody know what this B12 analogue is that he is talking about? Is he

saying that it comes from these fermented foods?
