Rawkin’ Orcas Island Retreat!

 

Please join the Sun Kitchen and special guests, for

three fun-filled days on Orcas Island, August

13,14,15! We will commune with nature and each other

on a beautiful property that features a sumptuous

permaculture garden and cedar sauna! Activities

include visiting local farms and gardens, frolicking

in sun and sea, swimming amongst the lily pads in a

fresh water lagoon, sea kayaking, hiking, yoga, and

indulging in luscious seasonal food. Each day we will

have an outdoor adventure, swim and sauna time,

prepare a live-food feast together, and whatever else

sprit moves us to do! This will be a campout event so

bring a tent, sleeping bag, sauna towels, musical

instruments, etc.

 

The cost of the retreat is $260 and includes all meals

and instruction. (Kayaking and optional healing work

cost extra.)

 

Advance payment is required and space is limited!
