Guest guest
Here's a link that has a lot of information that I have found on other coconut oil sites. I just have one question: if coconut oil is liquid at 76 degrees how could it cause blocked arteries in a 98 degree body? http://www.coconutoil-online.com/ Read to the bottom and it has a link for soy also. Guest guest
Shari, Thanks for the tip. From the soy article it sounds like I was definitely right to avoid soy. I will continue to do so and see what Dr. Graham has to say about maintaining energy while exercising. Thanks again, Nick > > " Shari Viger " <shavig > 2004/07/21 Wed PM 01:26:34 CDT > <RawSeattle > > [RawSeattle] coconut oil > > Here's a link that has a lot of information that I have found on other > coconut oil sites.
