Howdy folks,

I'll be sampling my hummus and crackers this Wednesday from 11-4 at Madison

Market.

This will be my first trip to Seattle to rep my product and I would love to say

hi to any and

all of you that are making raw such a success in Seattle. We at Livin' Spoonful

are very

appreciative of the support we get from the Seattle raw community, so come on by

and

have some samples on us while you do your shopping.

Peace,

Jim Brosseau

Bummer...

I'm in Chicago and can't stop by. The good news is that I just ate at

Karyn's raw Bistro. Pretty tasty foods!

Hi Jim,

My daughter, Summer, and I met you at your raw food tasting at Madison Market. I

just wanted to let you know that those crackers and the hummus were absolutely

wonderful!!! I'm sure you don't give the recipes out. Anyway, just wanted to let

you know how excited I am to get more into raw foods and preparation. Hopefully

my husband and daughter and I can make it to next months potluck.

Hi Sheree,

Thanks for your generous praise. If you told me your name that day, I'm sorry

but I'm not

recalling you. But, we do indeed give out our recipes. Our philoshophy is that

if someone

can benefit from it, then it's worth sharing. As far as profit and all that, we

have faith that

those who can hear the raw gods calling are likely going to honor our legal

claim to the

recipes. As far as undercutting the stores, that's just old school scarcity as

far as I can tell.

I feel that we can all create more momentum and excitement by giving than by

hoarding.

Why don't you give me a call at 503-464-6029 so we can discuss it further.

Peace,

Jim

Thank you Jim. I'll definitely give you a call. Great philosophy, by the way.
