Guest guest
Please respond to this poll! Relatedly, yesterday in Santa Rosa the California Fish & Game Commission voted three-to-two to approve the damnable (and highly effective) " roboduck " electronic decoy. Voting in favor: Mike Flores (president), Jim Kellogg, Bob Hattoy (apparently those 7 years with the Sierra Club didn't do him much good). Voting to ban the roboduck: Mike Chrisman (who did a super job, thoughtful and articulate, changing his position), and Sam Schuchat. All five need to hear from us, with copies to the Dept. of Fish and Game (d.cassidy) The room was packed with duck hunters, overwhelmingly in opposition to the use of this highly unethical device, all to no avail. Even the California Waterfowl Association (18,000 members) spoke out strongly in favor of a ban on all electronic decoys, including the roboduck. E-mail for all commissioners: fgc Questions? E-mail or call me: 510/652-5603. Thanks, Eric Mills, ACTION FOR ANIMALS ------- FW: Online Poll- Should WI Hunters Kill Doves for Sport?
