Guest guest
I was there for Lydia's grand opening a few months ago, at which they served up free food. I had the impression the sampling was supposed to be food that they would be serving. Not all of the food was vegan, and probably 1/2 of it wasn't raw. At the time, we were disappointed. Have you (or anyone else) eaten there, and do we know that it is vegan and or raw? Guest guest
I e-mailed Lydia the question we've been asking re: whether the restaurant is vegan & raw, and here's what she replied: This restaurant is all organic vegetarian, vegan & raw. It is about 10% vegetarian, 45% vegan, 45% raw. I decided to do this in order to create a bridge. Where a couple, a family, a group who eats differently can all come and eat together and might end up trying something new. I am also trying to get children in here( I created a kids area) who are eating so much dairy which is so full of hormones, antibiotics and the many sickly things they do to these animals. I would rather do an all raw restaurant but Fairfax would not sustain it and this is my power spot at the moment. In regards to my web site, my web designer made a mistake and left for Thailand. I am working with someone new, where the information will be much clearer as to what I am doing.A menu will also be able to be seen on the site. We have raw & hot specials daily and our hot specials are 99.5 % of the time vegan. That's it! (Marcy)
