Hi,

 

I, too, was very disappointed with Millenium - I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. On the other hand, Greens was wonderful - go to Greens.

 

If you're having a problem digesting milk - put some ginger in it and then boil it. It will help and adding nutmeg, cardamom and honey makes a wonderful beverage.

Rather than trying to fix up milk (I assume this referred to cow milk) to make it digestable to you, I suggest first reading about what milk and milk production does to cows, the environment, and human health. Here are a few websites:
