Guest guest Posted February 11, 2006 Report Share Posted February 11, 2006 I saw the article about this in the Chronicle the other day, then was so happy to see that Dr. McDougall had responded so quickly. Even in the Chron article, if you read the entire thing, they admitted that the people on the " low fat " diet, who were supposed to keep fat to about 30% of calories, had gone up to about 39% as the study went forward. No way is that a low fat diet! T. Colin Campbell, in " The China Study " , presents very convincing evidence that the lower the intake of animal products, the lower the incidence of cancer, heart disease and many other diseases.
