Guest guest
Dear postmasters, and Houston branch of the FBI: hostmaster hostmaster houston Previously a complaint was sent to sesqui.net and verio.net regarding a web site on an animal sex web server both host known as: zoophile.org which, like redtailedhawk.net is owned by the same person in Conroe Texas. Complaints to this individual over contents, pornography and other issues have in previous instances like this gone unresolved. Incidents that come to mind involved the secretary of Jolt Cola, a female stable owner and her 7 year old daughter being harassed, and now a 15 year old minor is involved by having her web ring linked to by a web site on this server. The stable owner was forced to seek help of the law enforcement in Texas in order to get a web site on zoophile.org removed, which included her name, address and other details about her, as well as libeling her. The owner of zoophile.org refused to do anything to help her. The Jolt Cola company had problems with their copyrighted logo being used on the main page of this bestiality server and when the secretary complained and ordered it be removed, a page was put up harassing her by posting her email address and urging visitors to " tell her what you think " . Their lawyers had to get involved in order for them to be forced to remove this as well. Now we find a FIFTEEN year old youth who is operating a web site on geocities.com for dog lovers, it is a web ring for PET OWNERS. She has demanded the link on this page be removed twice now, and was told it would be removed. It has not been removed: http://www.zoophile.org/users/D/dogsearch/info.html Just checking now, I see the link is *still* there with a slight modification, obviously NOT removed: <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC " -//W3C//DTD HTML 3.2 Final//EN " > <HTML> <HEAD> <TITLE>Untitled</TITLE> </HEAD> SNIP <TD><font size=1 color=000000 face=arial>dogsex</font></TD> <TD><b><a href=http://www.geocities.com/Petsburgh/4041/ring.html target=_new><font size=2 color=99ffff face=arial>The Ring of Dog Lovers</a></TD> <TD><font size=2 face=arial>- Entrance into the ring of dog lovers(not a bestiality group).</TD> </TR> SNIP ============================= The young lady has stated in her complaints cc'd to me, that she wants this link REMOVED IMMEDIATELY from this animal sex site www.zoophile.org http://www.zoophile.org/users/D/dogsearch/info.html Other pages you should look at to see what this server is promoting: http://www.zoophile.org/users/f/fire/index2.htm http://www.zoophile.org/users/S/silverwolf/makinglove.htm We would like to hear back from your office as soon as possible that you have seen to it this link is removed, especially since this involves a MINOR. Since this does involve a minor I am forwarding this message CC'd to the FBI in Texas. You may contact the young lady directly: goldendog16 Others who were affected previously include: tdmequus trinityapp (The stable owner) donna (Jolt Cola secretary) Here is what Jolt Cola had to send followed by the harassing page on zoophile.org an animal sex web server which had their copyrighted soda logo on it! They sent me a copy: ====================== donna (Donna Morelli)<br> Use of our logo/trademark<br> To Whom It May Concern:<br> <p> As you may be aware, we are the company responsible for the development of Jolt Cola. We have experienced steady growth within the core beverage segment...and injoy terrific progress in other categories as well. <p> The purpose of this letter is to inform you that the unauthorized us of the Jolt name, logo and slogan for use on the www.zoophile.org website is a serious concern. Thus, we are asking that you cease and desist from using our name, logo or slogan. Additionally, you must remove same from your website immediately. Please trust it is detremental and damaging to our business...otherwise we would not feel it necessary to contact your hank you.<br> <p> Donna Morelli<br> Global Beverage Co.<br> PO Box 25107<br> Rochester, NY 14625<br> phone 716-381-3560<br> fax 716-381-4025<br> =========================================================== I not only removed their logo (like they really needed to demand that after this nasty letter!), but I am never again going to drink their soda. I used to admire this company for it's rugged determination to make its way in spite of the current propaganda against soft drinks which contain caffeine. Much like Zoophile.Org fights the anti-zoo semantics in the world today. As we can see by this letter, they no longer seem to need the support of the little people like myself and here they have betrayed a long time faithful consumer. This was not a simple request that I stop using a logo. It was an out right DEMAND, suggesting that my advertising their product for free was hurting their company. <p> I would encurage everyone who reads this to NOT buy their products and to please let <a href=donnaDonna</a> know why. It is my opinion that they are big enough now, to where they don't care about you, or so that is what I am interpretting off this letter. Please let it be known that Zoophile.Org no longer supports this company. We do not want to be associated with it in any way. Further more, we denouce this company as becoming yet another uncaring corporate giant. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ My main concern now is removal of this link to the 15 year old's web ring immediately, and activists who would like to assist in this effort may contact; hostmaster hostmaster There are 51 other bestiality pages on this server now, it has tripled since last summer when we reported the pornographic images that appeared. We will report any similar links on this server to normal animal web site owners whose URLS appear and let them know where to send complaints to.
