Guest guest
I'm going to a play in Rohnert Park on Sunday. Does anyone know of vegan dinning options in that area? Thanks a bunch! Guest guest
I don't know of anything specifically in Rohnert Park but Santa Rosa is a couple (long) miles up the road. I say long because the last mile or so before the downtown exit is where the traffic starts to back up. Annapurna (Nepalese) in downtown Santa Rosa http://www.annapurna.net/ East West Cafe in Santa Rosa http://www.eastwestcafesantarosa.com/ Slice Of Life in Sebastopol (a little farther than Santa Rosa but worth the drive for vegan pizza and vegan omelettes if you want to go for brunch)http://www.bayareaveg.org/ug/display.htm?id=225 , Moya Stone <agathasprose wrote: > > I'm going to a play in Rohnert Park on Sunday. Guest guest
M: Almost every restaurant in Santa Rosa has a McDougall menu, which is vegan, no added fat. We took Dr. McD's program in S.R. in 2004 (www.drmcdougall.com) and went to two restaurants with McD menus and learned that almost all restaurants in S.R. have one. Guest guest
There is a wonderful Himalayan restaurant on East Cotati Ave across from Sonoma State University. They have several vegan apps and a couple of entrees and they’re quite vegan friendly. The place is called Shangi-La and it’s at 1706 E Cotati Ave, Rohnert Park, CA 94928 (707) 793-0300. The food is excellent and you must try the momos if you go. There is also an informal counter-service place in next-door Cotati called Redwood Café. It is on Old Redwood Highway just off the 101. Tons of vegan options; sandwiches, wraps, pasta, and their own homemade vegan mayo. It’s a definite standout locally for vegan options. It’s at: 8240 Old Redwood Hwy, Cotati, CA, Tel: (707) 795-7868 - Moya Stone Friday, October 06, 2006 2:56 PM vegan in Rohnert Park? I'm going to a play in Rohnert Park on Sunday.
