Guest guest
In the next few years, I'd love to meet with folks who are interested in brainstorming an idea of a Vegan Retirement Community. I imagine that due to the Bay Area being highly unaffordable for most people. another location would be realistic. Humboldt County? Oregon Coast? An idea vision would be community owned land /apartment building where vegans could live in separate units but come together for shared meals, yoga, meditation, exercise, movies, library, etc. Perhaps a town that is mostly flat for easy walking, cycling but hills/nature/beaches nearby. The location must have high speed internet, access to medical. A community colleges would be nice. Raising $ for a community could begin as soon as possible or in 10 years when we're ready to sell our houses and condos and drop out of the " rat race. " If you are interested in pursuing this idea (so we all don't grow old and croak in single family units), please contact me. Thanks, Amy in Pacifica veggiegrrrl
