Move Over Black China Bakery--There's a New Cupcake in Town!

I took Winnie's (It was you right, Winnie?) advice and headed on over

to Philz Coffee at 24th and Folsom to confirm for myself this report

of new vegan cupcakes. Dang! These are totally tubular! " Vegan

Jenny " made cupcakes she called " Banana Split's " with banana cake

bottoms, brite white frosting (think whipped cream), drizzled

chocolate sauce, sprinkled nuts, a banana chip (that's the banana-get

it?) and a cherry on top! I ate two on the spot. She says she'll

have a different cupcake every week. Yay, Vegan Jenny!!
