CC Times review of Herbivore by Nicolas Boer

I like that the review opens with including enlightenment, ethics, and moral logic for vegetarianism. And I have to agree with his observation about the produce. I had lunch there recently and my sandwich had a very bad slice of imitation tomato. I say imitation because it definitely wasn't a real tomato -- it was very anemic looking and tasteless (unfortunate given we live in the Bay Area and good tomatoes are still in season).
