Maggie Mudd's non dairy ice cream cakes back at Rainbow

Hi Everybody,

 

Was in Rainbow today and the Maggie Mudd/Mudsliger's Freestyle non

dairy ice cream cakes are back near the non dairy ice creams. Peanut

Butter Palook and, Tarmack, and I think one other flavor as well.

Shame they use corn syrup and corn syrup solids in their ice creames. Also this from their website:Ingredients for Low Fat, Lactose Free:Water,

Corn syrup solids, Sugar, Fructose, Coconut oil, Partially hydrogenated

soybean oil, Salt, Guar gum, Sodium caseinate (a milk derivative), Mono

and diglycerides, Sodium aluminosilicate (anti-caking agent), Xanthan

gum, Artificial flavor, sodium citrate and Artificial color, FD & C

I just checked the ingredients of the vegan ice creams on Maggie

Mudd's website. I did NOT see sodium caseinate listed on any of the

many I checked. Sodium citrate, was listed, but not sodium

caseinate, the milk derivative.

Hi Krikor,

 

Big difference between MaggieMudd and MaggieMoos.

 

MaggieMudd does not have the ingredients listed in

your original email in their products. MaggieMudd's

website is www.maggiemudd.com.

 

No sodium caseinate in MaggieMudd non-dairy ice

creams.
