Saturday, February 2nd, is the kick-off brunch

at Greens for Team Vegan.  You must be registered for Team Vegan to join

us!  If you are planning on keeping a new

year’s resolution this year (getting off the couch), and you’ve

told me you’re joining the team, but you haven’t registered

yet…please do so this week.

Thank you!

This Thursday, January 24, the movie “Spirit of the

Marathon” will be

showing just one night at theaters across the country.

http://www.marathonmovie.com/

It’s a motivating film, featuring new runners as well

as seasoned athletes.  And don’t

worry:  Team Vegan is training for a HALF

marathon or a 10k (13 or 6 miles, not 26!).

*Tomorrow night is the chance to meet Matt, your fellow Team

Vegan members, and eat delish food at All About

Herbs.  Info below:

Team

Vegan Meet and Greet

Wednesday, January 23rd, 2008

6-8 p.m.

All About Herbs, the new veg Thai restaurant hidden in Café

Paris

704 Post Street, at Jones, near Union Square

Marathon Matt, Team Vegan’s professional coach, will

be the guest of honor next Wednesday evening in San

Francisco.

If you’re interested in learning how to run (or how to run

faster!), this is your chance to ask a certified coach all the questions you

want.

Stop by for a minute to ask him about your knees, his

training, and Team Vegan (the

12 week program starting on February 2nd).

Stay for dinner to try the delicious food, hear more from

Marathon Matt, and meet other potential Team Vegan members.

If you’re just stopping by, no need to RSVP.  We’ll be there from 6-8.  If you’d like a seat for dinner, please

RSVP.  It’s a small

restaurant.

Please bring cash for your dinner and RSVP to me privately.

Thanks and looking forward to meeting you!

Alex
