I'm passing on an email from Karin Olson, the Bay Area Coordinator with the Yes on Prop 2 campaign. I know you just heard from the campaign yesterday about today's "Oprah " show and The New York Times endorsement of Prop 2 -- but I wanted to quickly tell you about the Bay Area events this week. With only three weeks until the election, we urgently need your help to spread the word about Prop 2! Here in California, nearly 20 million animals are languishing in tiny cages and crates -- so let's do all we can to ensure that Prop 2 passes! This past week in the Bay Area,we urged more than 15,000 people to vote YES! on Prop 2 -- let's try and beat that number this week! Wehave phone banking, precinct walking, and a bunch of great leafleting opportunities this week -- please sign up for as many as you can!
