Hi fellow animal people,

I promise this is the last time I'm going to be sending you an email about Proposition 2, and no, it's not to ask for money!

As you will read in the message (from Wayne Pacelle) below (if it doesn't appear below, please check the yeson2 website, specifically yesonprop2.com/page/invite/facts for the same info), the opposition is putting out a lot of lies in the last few days before the election (for example, if Prop. 2 passes, we're going to have to pay a lot more for eggs, it's going to drive California farmers out of business, the eggs won't be safe, eggs will have to come from out of state, etc., etc. and more BS). They do this so that the Prop 2 campaign won't have time to rebut their lies. So it's up to each one of us to get the TRUTH out to all the people we know who vote in California.

The flyer below has the FACTS which respond to their LIES. Please read it and forward it or talk about this to friends, family, neighbors, coworkers, so that each voter will have the facts and will be able to decide how to vote based on facts (hopefully that will be a resounding YES!)

So here it is, please read and forward to everyone you know who votes here in California. They say "the truth shall set you free" and we're all hoping that the truth will set the ANIMALS free! Thank you, everyone, for anything you can do to help the 19 million animals who would be affected by this proposition.

Happy Halloween!

Dear Nadine, We're so close -- the fight to improve the lives of 20 million farm animals in California is almost over. Californians will vote on Prop 2 this Tuesday and have a chance to make history. Will you forward our short Prop 2 voter's guide to everyone you know in California?

Thanks to your tireless support, we've reached out to voters in every corner of the state with our TV ads. Now it all comes down to whether they decide to vote and how they fill out their ballot on Tuesday. Big Agribusiness is bombarding voters with misinformation in these final hours before the polls open. Their shameless TV ads are riddled with distortions -- they can't honestly rationalize their cruel practices, so they've resorted to outright lies to frighten voters.

We have the truth on our side, and you have the power to counter the factory farm industry spin and equip undecided voters with the information they need to make the most humane decision.

Help your friends, your family, and your neighbors in California learn the facts about Prop 2. I urge you to send this short Prop 2 voter's guide to them now, or forward this message from your inbox.

Click here if you don't see the voter's guide -- or if you'd like a printable version.

The finish line is within sight. Thank you for being the voice for millions of caged animals.Sincerely, Wayne PacellePresident & CEOThe Humane Society of the United States P.S. Campaign manager Jennifer Fearing is changing her Facebook status on Tuesday to say she's voting YES! on Prop 2. I encourage you to so the same!
