Thanks for posting this recipe and all the info, Gary. I just added

the recipe to

our files under 'dressings and marinades'. I kind of like the idea of

making

my own from scratch instead of using the bottled brands. I think once

this

bottle I have is gone I will do that... or maybe sooner so I can

compare the

flavors. *s*

Haven't tried it (have the book). Stepaniak has one in " UnCheese, " but (a) I'm

not keen on all the rice syrup and it has less spices overall, and (b) she isn't

too keen on people publishing her recipes (even with credits) on the Web. I

know this from some e-mail exchange with her a few years ago.
