Guest guest
Greetings! Bahar, try going to this website: www.goneraw.com. There are some wonderful recipes! I believe someone else requested raw recipes too? Now I know there are some recipes on the site that call for nut butter so please be prepared to make any necessary substitutions overall. But there are a ton of other recipes that may be of use to you - it's a great start => I hope this helps everyone interested in "going raw"! Have a wonderful holiday everyone, Renbahar varzgah <bahar5899 wrote: Hello all,Please every one who knows a good sandwitch raw food ,let me know.I want to try it for one week and see how is it.Please no peanutbutter or any Fatty or nuts. Guest guest
Dice a beet as fine as possible , add 1 tsp. italian seasoning (the kind with no salt, just herbs). I like to eat it as is. Guest guest
Ren--Thanks for that site! Great recipes!!! One person at that site also recommended the site I was going to mention here--Hallelujah Acres (www.hacres.com). I got some great raw and cooked vegan recipes from their recipe files! Guest guest
LOL! YW, Ren! Lots of the HA people are families with small children, I think, so quick and easy recipes area MUST. If you like their philosophy, or want to know more about curing serious illnesses, you can also have one of their health ministers contact you, or to their free magazine. And be sure to browse their bookstore as well--TONS of great cookbooks, books on health, DVD's, and kitchen stuff! I absolutely LOVE Hallelujah Acres! I actually sent some of Dr. McDougall's as well as some of Hallelujah Acres' articles and testimonies on curing several "incurable" illnesses to my husband this past week. He NEEDS to hear what they have to say. I also ordered some of Dr.McD.'s DVD's to watch together, and I'm thinking of getting a couple from HA as well. Anyway, glad I helped. Try Frances's Raw Fruit Pudding from the recipe archives at HA. MarilynSee AOL's top rated recipes and easy ways to stay in shape for winter. Guest guest
Marilyn...I LOVED THIS SITE! The recipes actually seemed easy to prepare. I find that many recipes are so complicated and I wonder how in the world am I going to do this?? Time is everything for me these days as a single parent. Thanks so much for sharing => - Ren sahmomof8 wrote: Ren--Thanks for that site! Great recipes!!!
